Welcome to Tillmate, a cloud-based POS and inventory management platform developed by Tillmate Inc, a Delaware Corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and this Privacy Policy govern your use of the Tillmate software and services (“Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to all terms below.
You may use Tillmate only if you are over 18 and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to use our Services lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the platform.
You’re responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use. You are also responsible for all activity under your account.
All rights, title, and interest in the software, branding, documentation, and improvements remain with Tillmate Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform according to these Terms.
We may collect and use aggregated, de-identified data (e.g., product performance, sales trends) for analytics, industry insights, commercial partnerships, and improving our services. You may opt out of this data usage from your account settings.
This data does not contain any personal or store-identifiable information and is handled in accordance with standard anonymization practices.
Tillmate may integrate with third-party services such as Powertranz (payments), QuickBooks (accounting), and OpenAI (chat support). Your use of those tools may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Tillmate is not liable for:
